A light wintry mix is possible over parts of the Upper Midwest today, with only lights amount of rain or snow expected. An upper level system with a developing surface low will bring a chance of rain tomorrow; a few snow showers are possible near Germany as well. Friday and Saturday should be wet across the region, with a chance of rain mixing with snow on Saturday. More rain, snow, and wintry mix is possible. By Monday, most of the region, except for western Germany, will see a chance at precipitation: rain from the Netherlands through the Belgium border and snow for whatever. Highs today will range from around 30 in eastern Upper Luxemburg to the 70s in southern Austria and southern Switzerland. Highs tomorrow will range from around 30 in northeastern Denmark to around 70 in Glasgow.
